Was reached out by one of their HR associates on Linkedin because of interest in my profile. I went through the phone screen and eventually met with founder and Director. They were very both interested in my background and invited me to meet onsite after a few weeks of setting up interviews. Once at their job location I met with multiple team members and the duration was 4+ hours with no break. After the interview I was confident in still being strongly considered. Following the interview I sent a thank you email and if there was still interest in moving forward since I had an offer pending. I have not heard any update following the onsite which is now going on 2+ weeks! I was ghosted by associate/ Manager contact. The least they could do is send a rejection email for taking multiple hours to interview with them in person. Horrible candidate experience. DO BETTER! P.S this position has been "open" for 3+ months they say...

It was one of my worst experiences. The interviewer was too nervous and not prepared for the questions. She showed me after 5 minutes that she’s not interested, very unprofessional, very junior. It’s not acceptable to be this much unprofessional when you’re leading Talent Acquisition, I’m wondering how she wants to train others how to interview the candidates
