The process was initially pretty straightforward. I received a phone call from HR who did a quick phone interview with me on the spot. I was later invited in to interview in person with the director of the department which lasted about an hour. After this, I was contacted to come in for a second in person interview with several people I would be working with. This interview was a few hours long. I was told that I would hear back early the following week. After over a month I have still to receive a courtesy email letting me know they were moving forward with another candidate.
