HCL Interview Question

First question was write script for calling chrome web driver ? He literally started interview without any greeting , i don't know what kind of ethics and values he is learning in HCL and how they are treating their employees , claiming so good on website. How QA department is running over there ? They only judge candidates by asking them to turn on camera then showing unprofessionalism to candidates.
