One of the consultancy firm contacted me in UK for this role and shortlisted my resume , after 10-15 days almost, the HR person contacted me and said me you have an interview today. I just clearly told them that please reschedule this as i cannot give interview on runtime like after 2 hours. He said this is the only slot we have available please give it a try. I asked what kind of technical interview is that please elaborate ? He said , no coding/scripting writing tasks will be given only casual conversation related to technology will be discussed. I said okay. I asked twice about writing tasks of coding as then i need sometime to prepare. I cannot appear directly in 2 hours. Anyways , they scheduled interview and left. After that Interviewer came and asked me open video for interview, i was ready i just turned ON camera , he did not even turn on his camera and no comment on that from his side. That guy did not even give any brief introduction and directly without any greetings , he started asking me to write scripting in chat. I was shocked and surprised , i just told him could you please reschedule this interview as it is clearly told by consultancy there will be no written task anything that's why they are arranging interview on runtime. He started laugh and then he again asked me script writing questions. He was so unprofressional i literally asked me what is your position in HCL ? Do you work in HCL ? He was rude and very terrible. he said i am Test Analyst in HCL. What kind of attitude and interview is this ? I just reviewed there website for knowing business , values and vision. I never understand what was going on ? If the interviewer does not open his camera he owe a reason to candidate. He literally wasted my time and energy and then that consultancy guy disappeared , not even replying on Linkedin.
