FirstCry com interview questions

I had a 2-step interview process, where one round took place with the HR and the second and final round, with the head of the department. The interview lasted for an hour, went into depth about why I was interested in the role, and had several questions which I guess were to test my communication skills. I was told by the manager that I'd performed well at the end of the interview, given a written assessment that I submitted 2 days later, and on the same day, got to know that I was hired. I appreciate the overall response time which in my case took less than a week.
