Interview
Applied online (indeed.com), received an email for a phone interview (a month later). Phone interview went well (at least that's what I thought), the person interviewing me over the phone, told me that I seem like a good fit for the position and that the department manager would contact me to provide me with more detail information, within the next day or two. I followed up our conversation with a thank you email and never heard back, until almost another month later when I was told via email that they decided to go with another candidate. Yet I still see the posting for the position republished frequently on Indeed. HR seems a little hmmm.

This was just an intial interview. If I make it past the first phase I will be contacted again for a more in depth interview. Fortunately I had prepared interview questions and was able to answer the questions that were asked. Overall it was a good experience. I am researching salaries now.
