Fiserv Programs Manager interview questions

Completed phone screen of background and experience and then recruiter set up 1:1 interview schedule about a week later. Panel consisted of 4 individuals and included in person and phone interviews with staff located in Omaha. Everyone I met with and spoke to seemed nice and personable. Questions were pretty standard and covered both behaviorial situations and professional qualifications. Phone calls were rather informal and felt like casual conversations with business colleagues instead of an interview. Took several weeks to learn of their decision to hire/promote within.
