Interview

I submitted my application and cover letter online via a link from Glassdoor that led to a third party site for application review called Jobvite. Within a day I received an email asking if I could come in for an interview, and to choose from 3 different time slots of 2 hours. I was told that I would be interviewed by a manager, a hiring manager, and 3 other members of the team. The interview lasted 2 hours. Most questions were about my previous digital marketing experience. After the interview the manager said that I would hear from her within a week.

Interview

I was contacted via email, about a week or so after I'd submitted my application, asking me what time works for a phone interview. After the phone interview went well, a short 20 minute conversation really, I was invited onsite for an in person interview later that week. Very nice interview process; I interviewed with the VP of Marketing and two others on her team for about an hour. They were very friendly and asked about my background, why do I think I'm a good fit for the role, and explained more about the company.

Phone call followed up with an interview at the office at Alexandria. Polite. Nice. There were two people interviewing me. Everyone who I met in the sales department was friendly. Good work environment. Pretty easy interview.
