It has been a month and I have still not heard back; so I am assuming I did not get the job and even if I did I would not accept due to the red flag regarding communication. I will start by saying that it is an opportunity and privilege to interview at any organization for open positions. However, my advice is to stay away from organizations that want you to take time away from your day to interview, and then will not take the 5 minutes needed to send and email or call letting you know they have decided to go in another direction.
