      Benefits Specialist Interview

      May 5, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Burlington, MA
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Fisher Agencies (Burlington, MA)

      Interview

First, there is a phone interview. Then after, they want you to come in the next day for an in person interview. You then fill out a lengthy personality test. The interview itself takes about two minutes to see if your "qualified" for the next presentation that takes about an hour. In the end, they will tell you that if you're selected, they will give you a call later that night for a final interview. Overall, they rushed you into doing things. For example, the guy wanted me to come the next day for the final interview even though I told him I was working. He said it would only take about 30 minutes but in reality, it was an hour. Also, they expected you to attend classes to get certified right away. In addition, they wanted you to give your current employer a two week notice AFTER you complete two weeks training which is ridiculous.
