It was super interesting and not something I have experienced myself however i am familiar with other hiring processes being like this one. First there was a one on one of course, followed by a business-meeting like presentation. I found it very informative and much less stressful. I filled out a personality profile which I believe is a great way to get to know someone, rather than staring at a resume.
