Slightly misleading process.....they make you believe the hours and pay are great until final interview. That's when you find out its like 70 hours a week, mostly nights and weekends, and the pay is commission only.
Presentation style with a huge group, they sit you down and give you an hour plus speech about why you should take the job. Once they mentioned taking money back out of your account if a sale doesn't go through I tuned out and started staring at the ceiling tiles. Struck me as cheap ponzi scheme type job. Maybe some people actually do make money but it's definitely sketchy.
