Reception provides a name tag and a tour guide comes to give you a tour around the buildings and learn more about the company. Then you reach your final destination (the interview room) and wait for your interviewer(s) to arrive. Many have multiple interviews in one day to help find the perfect fit. The interviews were very conversational and pleasant, touching on the main interview topics you would expect (tell me about yourself, why should I hire you, what has been a failure of yours and what did you learn from it, and so on.) However, it will really depend on who interviews you, which you probably won't know until you're already on campus, if applying for general associate roles. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. Overall, great experience and impression of FI!
