I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (London, England)
Interview
Friendly recruiters and team members but refuses to give feedback, positive or negative, which is why I give a negative rating on the overall experience. I had three Interviews in total and put a lot of time and effort into the preparation. Very big drawback and I hope they make a policy change for the benefit of future applicants (and their reputation).
I also read that Ken Fisher, the owner and figurehead, is hosting fundraisers for Donald Trump's campaign. This has nothing to do with the interview experience (I confess) but is quite a misfortune. To me, this makes an unfavourable differentiator to other wealth managers.
Every interview started with "what do you understand the job to be" and "what do you know about the firm" so take notes when they fill you in, they expect you to use their explanations in following interviews.
