I applied online. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Camas, WA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Was called for a phone interview last year. It went well, then at the end, they offered me a Junior Associate position that paid around $11/hr... From reading the reviews, this is a common thing they do. Waste your time with interviews, and offer you a low paying position that has nothing to do with the original position you applied for... Also they are known for working 50-60 hour weeks. Recently applied for an entry level position with 4 year degree and job experience. I got a interview scheduled (2/15/17) and remembered my past experience and cancelled it. I'd rather work for a real company.
Had applied for an analyst job my senior year of college, was pushed towards a machine learning focused job despite my protests. First two interviews went well but were mostly conversational. My final interview however though was brutal, featuring a live coding assessment in front of multiple team members, a case study presentation and then another hour long conversational interview.

They reached out for the interview process and I took it. I think it's pretty standard, and the recruiter is friendly—most behavioral questions. They are looking for skills that match their needs.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Iowa City, IA) in Oct 2022
Interview
It was a first round interview, basic questions and just know about the company before as they will ask what you know. Other than that was all behavior from HR.
