I was contacted via phone and had a 35 minute phone interview, after which I was told I would move onto further interviews. I had applied through a campus job board and they said that this interview was a precursor to me "applying" even though I had already applied. It seemed like a screener call.

They mostly were interested in my experiences and my questions about the position, but were very pressing when asking if I would consider moving across the country to work in their Cali or Washington offices.
