Genuinely seems like a great culture and good start for a finance career. When the recruiter began inquiring about salary, is when mutual interest began to dissipate. Very uncompetitive, however, they attempt to balance this with very generous amounts of vacation time and 40hr work weeks(instead of the 50-80hrs at some firms). For those with work/life balance as a top priority, would definitely recommend.
