Initial phone screen with a company rep to exchange basic information on me and the company. I liked the upfront approach/candor of the Recruiter but It turned out that the company has a work on site policy, meaning daily commuting from Portland is a must do - a bit old school and costly for the applicant pool. It also meant I would be pulling my talent pool with the same parameters (limiting in a competitive marketplace like PDX). A pass for me -
