Basic Phone Interview, I didn't do very well. It was early in the morning and I was half asleep. Basic questions, easy interview overall. I would recommend knowing about the firm before hand.

Can you name a time when you failed at something and what did you do to correct it?
The interviewer asked basic question such as tell me about yourself. Emphasis Excel knowledge and computer proficiency. The interviewer placed huge focus on the company culture and being a team player.
Had a phone interview, which progressed to a zoom interview. It seems they already had someone lined up for the position because they asked me "shoot in the foot" style questions.
