      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Vancouver, WA)

      Interview

Everyone was polite, friendly, and easy to talk to throughout the process. I felt the face-to-face time was quite short, only an hour, and within that hour, I interviewed with 2 separate people. One was the manager for the role. Unfortunately, she didn't introduce herself as such. I didn't know until the end of our time and didn't get a chance to ask the questions I would have liked, knowing I was speaking to my potential boss. An interview schedule would have been helpful so I could have known how much time I would have with each person, and the actual role of the individuals. It would have helped with structuring my responses to ensure enough time for my questions.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The first question for the phone interview was: "What do you know about the company?"
