Interview
The process is long, but communication was excellent. I applied online for CSA and RSA positions. They flew me out from Indiana to interview with three people. On person was sick so we did a video interview a week later. Here was the process:
1. August - Applied online
2. Early September - phone interview with recruiter
3. Early November - Flew out for 2 interviews (different positions)
4. Mid-November - Video interview for the third position
5. Late November - final interview with VP of department
6. Early December - waiting for offer or rejection
Everyone was extremely helpful and supportive. I was kept informed throughout the process. The flight and hotel were very nice. I felt like I was treated like an employee without being one yet. AWESOME INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE.

Started off with phone interview basic questions around motivations. Second round was similar to the first one however i was invited in person canary wharf office interviewed by senior and someone already within this role

I Interviewed for three positions over 2 hours, after the preliminary phone screening. About a week after the three in person interviews I had one final phone interview before they offered me the position.
