The process itself is straightforward and fair, but be prepared for more than a touch of arrogance from the people with whom you interview. Two of the four people that I interviewed with in person came across in a manner that made it easy to recognize that I would not have wanted to work for them. I was not offered a position, but given the experience I had already decided that I was not a good fit before I got on the plane to go home.
