Multiple in person interviews and one over the phone "trial" where I had to pitch them their business as if they were a potential client. Seriously all they want to know in the AE department is that you are somewhat charismatic and are competitive. Push the competitive aspect hard. Pretend you played a sport and all that, they eat that crap up. It was pretty easy to get through the process there when you know the personality type of the sales people on the floor. Question 1
The usual run of the mill stuff. Biggest weakness, give us a time when you "generic thing"... nothing unique or challenging.
Similar to most other interviews, very basic questions testing fit and values. Multiple rounds, but mostly wanted to learn more about you and why you wanted to work for Fisher.
It was clear and easy. The people were very friendly and they made sure to aska range of questions. There were 3 rounds I believe. The first two were more in depth to gauge character

Interview
Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.
