Was contacted through LinkedIn, then phone convo, had an initial round interview on campus and they flew me out to San Francisco/Foster City for final rounds. I was initially contacted for a multilingual global marketing position, but when I got there I was told I would first need to complete 18-24 months at a purely cold-calling position. I understand working your way up from the bottom, but with language skills you really use it or you lose it. The culture seems to be pretty old-school, but they're slowly changing to a mildly more millennial-friendly place to work. That said, their interviews were not very challenging at all (which was kind of a red flag). They wanted to know some specifics but I was never pressed for challenging answers in my final rounds.
