I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Camas, WA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Starts with application through a job posting site, then if interested you will get a phone call to set up phone interview, if that goes well then you will be contacted to have an in person interview within a week or two and afterwards if desirable you will fill out a reference and FINRA check form, then you conduct an interview and based on your desirability you can get follow on background checks the same day. If all goes well you're looking at a 2 week to 1 month process.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fisher Investments in Jun 2026
Interview
Three parts in total during the process, and it was in the order of phone-zoom-phone. Not very hard, mostly about past experiences and behavioural questions. The speed of hearing back the results depends on job openings.

Interview
Applied on Handshake, got an email from a recruiter, did the phone interview, got a second-round in-person interview, and that was it. Make sure you memorize that script religiously, with the different types of scenarios and specifics about plans. The tried to trip me up by putting secanrios that werent on the script, but just be good at improv.
