I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Camas, WA) in Dec 2015
Interview
After an on-campus interview with a company recruiter and two web interviews with various managers, Fisher flies you out to their headquarters in Camas, WA. Here you'll spend a day with other potential candidates being shown around the office and introduced to the company. It seemed as if they were trying to sell you the position more than interviewing you.
Similar to most other interviews, very basic questions testing fit and values. Multiple rounds, but mostly wanted to learn more about you and why you wanted to work for Fisher.
It was clear and easy. The people were very friendly and they made sure to aska range of questions. There were 3 rounds I believe. The first two were more in depth to gauge character
I applied online. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Plano, TX) in May 2026
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.
