Interview
Fairly rigourous; VP People interview, followed by an interview with the line manager, a competency-based interview and a sign-off interview with the CEO.
Everyone I spoke to was incredibly open and friendly, and very happy to answer questions. I felt comfortable asking a few more difficult questions, and they were answered with honesty and integrity.
