You walk in and ask for the hiring manager. They lead you to the back of the store where they store the extra products. They sit you down in a chair and it’s a 1on1 interview. All the questions are your basic interview questions. “Tell me about a time when…” “what are your strengths and weaknesses” (tip: your weaknesses should actually be a strength in disguise) “if you see this happening what would you do” “tell us about yourself and why you want to join five below”
