I filled out an application and within a week they called me for an interview. I was offered the position at the interview and started the next week. They will have you watch training videos and take tests on them, but you can do them at your leisure within reason so it wasn't too bad, I completed them in one day.

Interview
It was an assessment day, where we were introduced by understanding five guys values and then group discussions/ presentations. It then ended with a 1-1 interview with the staff there.
Pretty chill' easiest interview ever,
Ask about who you are and what you like always looking staff who can be available all the time, asks why do you want to work there and about availability
Trial shift for 2 hours. Shown around various parts of resturant. Shown how to clean the resturant and how to make the food, focusing on preparing and dressing the burgers.
