I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Five Guys in Aug 2019
Interview
Applied online and got a call half an hour later. Went to the interview the next week. Two team building/ icebreaker type activities (group interview of 5 other people) and a short presentation from the manager. Then we were individually taken for an interview with managers of 2 stores and another higher-up. Very short interview around 10 minutes. We were told if successful we would receive a call to arrange a trial shift and otherwise we would receive an email telling us that we had been unsuccessful within a week.
