I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Five Guys (Peterborough, England) in May 2019
Interview
A relaxed group interview which consisted of watching a video about Five Guys, working as a team to build burgers activity and finally a one on one interview. The building burgers activity was fun, we had to work in a group and allocate jobs on making the patties, adding the toppings and quality control etc in order to compete with the other teams on making the most accurate burgers.
