The interview started with them offering me a drink and had me sit at a table for a few minutes alone, then the interviewer came and sat with me with a drink and we talked about previous work history, connected through our love of music and comfy clothes and eventually they decided I was a good fit.

It was an assessment day, where we were introduced by understanding five guys values and then group discussions/ presentations. It then ended with a 1-1 interview with the staff there.
Pretty chill' easiest interview ever,
Ask about who you are and what you like always looking staff who can be available all the time, asks why do you want to work there and about availability
Trial shift for 2 hours. Shown around various parts of resturant. Shown how to clean the resturant and how to make the food, focusing on preparing and dressing the burgers.
