They called me in and the owner interviewed me. Also one of the managers was with me during the interview. After this they called me in two days later to fill in tax forms and get my t shirt.

It was an assessment day, where we were introduced by understanding five guys values and then group discussions/ presentations. It then ended with a 1-1 interview with the staff there.
Pretty chill' easiest interview ever,
Ask about who you are and what you like always looking staff who can be available all the time, asks why do you want to work there and about availability
Trial shift for 2 hours. Shown around various parts of resturant. Shown how to clean the resturant and how to make the food, focusing on preparing and dressing the burgers.
