Question 1
How well do you think your strengths aligns with this position
Interview was long and extensive - it took about 6 weeks start to finish. Interviews involved HR, hiring manager, 4 other colleague interviews, and then a group presentation for a 90 day plan.
After a few successful phone calls with the hiring manager and HR recruiter I was moved to the next stage in the process. Five9 flew me out so that I could meet with the rest of the team in-person. Everyone I met was welcoming and we had great conversations, but this is where the ball drops. I was told that everything went well and my next discussions would be logistics, etc. Unfortunately, I never heard back from the hiring manager or the HR representative after a few emails to each. The only person I heard back from was Accounting about reimbursing my travel. To this day I don't know what happened as I was never told "no." I recommend that you are more truthful and transparent to candidates because ignoring and ghosting is not a good look.
