Found the job via LinkedIn and applied on their careers page. Was contacted by a recruiter within a week, basic background screen (what do you do, why are you interested, where do you want to go). Then scheduled a call with the hiring manager who asked in depth questions on technical aspects of my current job and gave me some business case scenarios to talk through. Was then sent a 48 hour take home assignment which I did not pass but they gave constructive feedback on what they were specifically looking for in the analysis. Overall I think the process was fair, they know exactly what they want in a candidate. What I appreciated most from the recruiter and the hiring manager was how both were transparent and willing to give feedback, something more companies should do.
