      Junior Loyalty Consultant Interview

      Dec 18, 2014

      I interviewed at Fivestars

      Interview

I had three phone interviews within two weeks of each other. They were all pretty basic, as in they asked for my story, why I wanted to get into sales, and simple questions like when I had faced adversity. Each interviewee was extremely down to earth and very enjoyable to talk to. For the first interview, I was asked to make a sales pitch for a consumer product of my choice.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fivestars (Scottsdale, AZ) in Mar 2015

      Interview

step 1. Initial phone interview. More of a get to know you type deal. Very personable and informative. Wanted to know my background and story in my own words beyond just the info on my resume. Step 2. Following our phone convo, I was scheduled for a face to face the next day (they move fast if they feel you are a vital asset and aren't afraid to tell you this). Met the territory manager the next day. Very casual but professional at the same time. Great guy! Similar get to know you convo, but also some role play I.E. Sales pitch. Step 3. The final step was an hour phone call with the director of outside sales. Also a great conversation. Dug deep to figure out what motivafes me and why I think fivestars is the place for me. Also asked many questions of my own. Again this was the very next day after my face to face with manager. Director explained he would be recomending me for the pos. on the call. Again, they move very fast if you are a candadite that they desire. Was called 1 hour after my final conversation and recieved an offer via phone and email(zenefits esign)
