I submitted my resume online and received an invite to interview with the company. I had to do a phone screening first and then go in for the in-person interview. It was a 2-hour interview with two designers and the design director. The first hour was walking them through my portfolio. The next half hour was interviewing to the two designers and the last half hour was interviewing with the design director.
