It was a series of interviews. The first was with an HR assistant. I made it through that one, which was a standard HR interview. The next was on a later day, with a panel of three intermediate architectural staff. I was questioned by all three at the same time. Them on one side of the table, me on the other. That's a little uncomfortable. Two were very nice, one was a little difficult. I guess I made it through alright. I ended up with job offers from two different firms. Flad took forever to give the offer though, in fact, I had given up on hearing from them. But when they did call, Flad offered a significantly higher salary than the other firm, so it was an easy choice.
