Fair, standard and relatively short. Don't expect too many trick questions or anything like that, just be prepared to talk about your work and who you are as a designer.

I first did a phone screen interview with a member of HR, where we talked a bit about my experience, skills, and interest in the firm. I then interviewed over video call with several members of the firm. During this interview, we talked a bit about the firm, my experience, my education, and my portfolio.
