Had two phone interviews, but unfortunately, didn't move forward to an in-person interview. HR shared all requested information; however, the salary offered wasn't within the acceptable range for proceeding to the next stage.

I did the HR phone screening. The HR person was very nice, but did most of the talking during our call. She was selling the company more than I was given the opportunity to sell myself. At the very end of the call, she asked for my salary requirements and said that if it is within range the next step would be a zoom interview. So I learned the screening just boils down to your salary requirement. FYI she did disclose they are going 3 days in person 2 days remote after Labor Day 2021 for all offices and they discourage negotiating a more flexible schedule.
