The early stages of the process were very positive. The communication was timely, the opportunity sounded innovative, and the initial conversations gave me confidence that the role aligned well with my experience.
However, later interactions felt disorganized. Information already shared earlier in the process did not seem to carry over, and it gave the impression that internal communication between interview stages was lacking. Some of the discussion points were based on misunderstandings about my background, which suggested that candidate materials may not have been fully reviewed in advance.
Ultimately, I received a brief rejection notice from someone who had not previously contacted me. While I respect the company’s right to move in a different direction, the disconnects throughout the process left me uncertain about the overall coordination and professionalism of the recruitment workflow.
