Applied online, had conversation with hiring manager at the Flagship-associated company within a week of applying. First interview went very well. Scheduled second interview (within a week) with a presentation and panel of 9 scientists. The interview took almost the entire day. When I followed up to get feedback, no response from Flagship HR. Seems like its a trend with these guys - I recommend avoiding them. I had the exact same experience when applying to a Flagship startup 3 years ago. This type of thing is a culture, not an anomaly.
