Multiple rounds of interviews that went seemingly well if not great. Was told that I'd be receiving an offer multiple times ("We'll have it for you tomorrow") only to have the offer rescinded for some crazy reason ("Your references were weak" even though I used the same references to get another job just fine). I also interviewed at Flagship a year ago and had the same thing happen, except last time the excuse was "the job went to someone with a personal connection". Message received, this place seems to be a bit messy based on this process.
