Interview
Multi-step process: one test of data literacy (interpret these charts, multiple choice), one coding challenge with recoded video explaining solution (probably a LC easy). 2 interviews back-to-back with principals (personality fit convo, pretty casual and friendly). 2 interviews of collaborative ideation (one with a surprise topic, second with a take-home topic to brainstorm on for a few days beforehand). Overall, very involved, a lot of steps for a 3-month position (I think the total application time was longer than 3 months start to finish), but I understand that fellowships are often like a 3-month interview for a permanent position, so it makes sense. Be yourself, and be patient.
