I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fleet Feet (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
I had two interviews. One was with the owner and one was with the owner and manager. They gave me an offer letter in the second interview, and I reviewed it. The first interview was really easy, they asked me questions about running and my goals. My boss wanted to make sure I could make the hours and days that he needed to fit me . I was a student so I was able to make his days work for me.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Fleet Feet (Hoboken, NJ)
Interview
The interview was just a conversation with the owner about availability and retail experience. Very casual, just in the store. Knowledge of running and shoes was helpful but not necessary. They had me come back another day to shadow staff for a few hours to make sure it was a good fit.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fleet Feet (Washington, DC) in Apr 2024
Interview
It was pretty mellow and easy going. More of a conversation and trying to get to know you as a person. Felt like a conversation with an old friend. It was overall a great experience and the operations manager was very kind.
