I participated in 2 phone interviews and 1 face to face. The manager was very professional and polite. During the face-to-face, many important interview questions were asked that many other companies don't ask, making me feel like this is an ethical and employee-caring company.

I applied for the part time role online and received a invitation to complete an online interview a couple of days later. I was prompted with questions and was able to record an review my responses. I was then prompted to confirm my preferred work times. I never hear back from them after this and its been well over a month since I completed my interview. Maybe I didn't fit the candidate they were looking for or maybe my hours didn't fit either is fine but ghosting me is not okay. I withdrew my application.
