I got the interview by approaching the man who worked in the store while I was shopping there. He ended up being the owner and asked me to send him his resume. After receiving my resume, I was called in for an interview. Very friendly, low key and laid back atmosphere. No tricky questions. Required an interest in running and high knowledge regarding all items sold because it is a specialty store.
