Fleetio Associate Software Engineer interview questions

The recruiter reached out to me directly and we hopped on a call. Everything was great and I was feeling excited about the company. Then the very last question she asked was whether I could commit in advance to letting them know my response to an offer the same day. It was truly bizarre and a huge red flag. I decided to decline any further steps in the interview process as a result. Note to Fleetio: this is a weird way to conduct your interviews and you're losing qualified candidates by asking this kind of question, especially at the first stage in the interview process.
