It had easy-to-follow directions, and the assumed time was around an hour. This contrasts extraordinarily with other companies' QA interview assignments that are frequently expected to take 6-8 hours. I definitely felt like my time was valued by the company. The contact with the recruiter (who is the main point of contact throughout the process) is extremely smooth, and everyone I had a call with offered their contact information in case I had questions later.

I applied at Fleetio, had a phone screening with their recruiter, then had an interview with the hiring manager. The process was quick, and very smooth. I never once felt like I was left hanging, as the follow up was great. Both interviews started by asking questions to know me (outside of work), and the HR call started out with the salary information up front. You can tell this is a company that really cares about their people. Even though they did not want to move forward with me, I was very impressed with them as a company. As someone else mentioned below, I would consider them in the future if they were to reach back out to me.
