When I tried to ask questions about the position, team structure, and company culture, the recruiter seemed reluctant to provide detailed information and kept responses very brief. The call ended with the standard "we'll discuss with the hiring team and reach out if we decide to move forward" - which felt dismissive rather than encouraging. It's been almost 2 weeks since the call with no follow-up communication, not even a courtesy rejection email.
